What the customer receives

BloomScene example booking confirmation

This Organization does not sell a report. What you keep is the booking and the install plan: what will be on the tables, what happens when a flower is not available in June, and who takes it all away.

A complete sample confirmation, written the way BloomScene writes one. The customer, the dates and the amounts are illustrative, and nothing here was charged or reserved.

Twelve table arrangements, installed between 08:00 and 12:00 on the morning. The clause worth reading now is 02, because in eight months' time a flower on your list may simply not exist that week, and agreeing the rule for that now is better than a phone call on the Thursday.

Confirmed, substitution policy agreed

Twelve low table arrangements plus a top table runner, installed 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturday 12 June 2027 and struck from 23:30 the same night. You have chosen the palette-led substitution rule, which means we match colour and form rather than the exact stem, and we will not call you about it.

Substitution

The rule, agreed now rather than in June

Flowers are grown, not manufactured. A cold May, a hot week, a failed crop at one grower, and a stem on your list is unavailable or unusable. This happens on roughly one wedding in four and the only question is what we do about it.

RuleWhat it meansYour choice
Palette led We match colour, form and feel with the best available stem. No call, no approval Chosen
Stem led We call you and you decide. Usually on the Wednesday Not chosen
No substitution The element is removed and refunded Not chosen

You chose palette led, which is the rule most couples prefer once it is explained. It means that if garden roses are poor that week you get the best equivalent in the same colour and shape, and you find out when you walk into the room. The arrangements will look like the reference images. They may not contain every flower on the list.

The day

Install and strike

  1. Conditioning and building

Stems arrive Thursday, are conditioned overnight, arrangements built Friday.

  2. Van arrives, install begins

Designer plus two. Tables must be laid and linen on by then.

  3. Top table runner

Built in place. It cannot be transported assembled.

  4. Install complete, photographs taken

We photograph the room before we leave. You get them.

  5. Strike begins

Vessels collected, water emptied, floral waste removed.

  6. Clear

Venue as found. Nothing left for your venue to deal with.

04

The venue

Three things to confirm with them

QuestionWhyAsk by
Are naked flames permitted? You want candles. Many Paris venues with historic interiors do not allow them 29 May
Is there access from 08:00, and for a van? Saint-Ouen to the 7th with a refrigerated van needs a loading spot 29 May
Can we strike at 23:30 or must it be Sunday? Some venues require same night, some forbid it 29 May
Are there hanging points, if you ever want anything overhead? Not needed for this booking. Worth knowing now Whenever

The strike question is the one that changes the price. If the venue requires a Sunday morning collection instead of a same night strike, that is a second crew visit and USD 180.
