The four rules that get people turned away
- Non marking shoes only. Reception will not let you on court without them and does not hire shoes
- The court is released at 19:10 if nobody has entered. It is then bookable by anyone
- Play stops at 20:00, not 20:05. The next booking is already waiting
- Under 16s need an adult on court, not in the cafe
