The date is held and off the calendar. Eight months out, the things that matter are the payment dates, the weather plan and the fact that this is a working vineyard with heritage constraints, all of which are below rather than in a folder nobody opens.
Saturday 13 June 2027 is held in your name for exclusive daytime use of the vineyard lawn, courtyard and dining barn, for up to 150 standing and 130 seated. The deposit has settled. The next thing required from you is the guest number by 13 April, not before.

The day
Nothing to pay on site. Any same day extras are invoiced within 7 days.

The estate inspects within 5 days and tells you either way, including when there is nothing to report.

Every supplier vehicle uses the lower estate track, not the villa approach. The route is sent with the final pack in May. Vehicles on the villa approach damage the surface and the estate will turn them back.
Rules
The estate rules that actually bind the day
- Music off at 01:00. This is the approved hours for the property and is not extendable on the night
- Amplified sound outdoors ends at 23:30 and moves into the barn after that
- No confetti, rice or anything not biodegradable anywhere on the estate
- No open flame outdoors between May and September, including sparklers and candles in the vineyard
- Vines are not a backdrop you may walk into. Photography in the rows is by arrangement with the groundsman
- Guest vehicles stay overnight at no charge and must be collected by 11:00 Sunday
- Children are welcome and the estate is not fenced. Supervision is yours
