What the customer receives

EventGuard example deployment confirmation

This Organization does not sell a report. What you keep is the deployment: who is coming, their licence numbers, what they are and are not permitted to do, and where our responsibility ends and yours begins.

A complete sample confirmation, written the way EventGuard writes one. The customer, the dates and the amounts are illustrative, and nothing here was charged or reserved.

Escalation

What happens when something goes wrong

  1. Level 1

    Managed at the door

Refusal, ejection, a verbal warning. Logged, no call to anyone.

  2. Level 2

    Your duty manager is told

Anything involving injury, a weapon, drugs, or a refusal that escalates. Immediately, in person.

  3. Level 3

    Emergency services

Called by whoever is closest. Nobody waits for permission. Our operations desk is told within 5 minutes.

  4. Level 4

    Deployment withdrawn

If the venue is unsafe to work in, staff withdraw and our operations desk calls you. This has happened twice in four years.

  5. Within 24 hours

    Written incident report

For anything at level 2 or above, whether or not you ask for one.
