The house is yours from 07:00 to 17:00. Three things on this shoot need attention and none of them are the money: the neighbour on the left works nights, the street is permit parking, and the condition photographs were taken on 29 September and are the baseline for anything found afterwards.

Approval means written, from the location manager, before the day. A crew member asking on the morning is not approval and the location manager will say no, because that is what they are on site for.

Number 14 works nights
Sleeps from about 08:00. Notice has been served and they are content with a shoot, on the basis of no shouting in the yard and no vehicle idling outside their bedroom window. Keep the unit noise on the right hand side of the street.
Permit parking, strictly enforced
Three bays are permitted for you. A fourth vehicle will be ticketed, usually within the hour. Crew arriving separately should be told before the day, not on it.
School run, 07:30 and 14:00
Twenty minutes each time when the street is effectively single file. Load in before 07:30 or after 08:00. The location manager will flag it on the morning.
