Nadia arrives at 06:30 on Thursday and you are ready by 08:00. There is one thing to do before then and it is clause 03: you told us about a reaction to a previous artist's foundation, so a patch test has to happen 48 hours out.
Nadia Haddad, makeup only, at your suite from 06:30 Thursday 12 November, ready by 08:00. Because you reported a previous reaction, a patch test is required by Tuesday 10 November. Without it the artist will work only with the hypoallergenic range, which is a smaller colour set.

Before she arrives
Six minutes of preparation that change the result
- Clean, moisturised face. No makeup at all when she arrives
- Moisturise 20 minutes before, not as she walks in
- A chair by a window, and a table she can set out on
- Wear something that unbuttons. Nothing that goes over your head afterwards
- Eat first. 90 minutes is a long time at 06:30 on an empty stomach
- Have your dress and jewellery in the room so the look can be matched to them
The patch test
Why it is not optional this time
You told us at booking that you reacted to a foundation at an event last year and did not know which product it was. That changes what we do.

The artist will not refuse to work without a patch test. She will work with products least likely to cause a reaction, which is the safe choice and a visible compromise on a gala evening. Twenty minutes on Tuesday removes it.
