Home Party · from USD 280
Superhero party, Saturday 14:00, at yours
Manchester. Two hours, 18 children, and a clear line about who is looking after them.
Jamie arrives at 13:15 for a 14:00 start. Two things need you before Saturday: the allergy list by Wednesday, and one other adult in the room for the whole two hours. Clause 03 explains why the second one is not a formality.

How the two hours run
-
Jamie and Kirsty arrive
Setup takes 45 minutes. They need the room clear of furniture by then.
-

-
Food break
Yours. Jamie steps back and reappears when you are ready.
-
Second half and the mission
Calmer, story-led. Ends with everyone winning.
-
Cake and party bags
You bring the cake out. Jamie leads the singing.
-
Ends
Cleared and away by 16:30. Your room back as it was.
Your house
What the space needs to be
| Requirement | Why | Status |
|---|---|---|
| A clear space about 4 m by 4 m | The parachute game needs it and it is the best game | You confirmed the front room |
| Furniture moved before 13:15 | Jamie and Kirsty do not move your furniture | Your job |
| One power socket near the play space | Speaker and lights | Confirmed |
| Somewhere to change, or a corner | For the capes, and for the assistant | Confirmed |
| Parking for one car within 100 m | Equipment is carried in | Street parking, you said |
| Pets secured elsewhere | Not about the pet. Eighteen excited children | Please confirm |
Supervision
Who is responsible for the children
This is the clause worth reading once, properly. It is not legal small print, it is how the afternoon actually works.
| Jamie and Kirsty | You and the other adult | |
|---|---|---|
| Running the games and the programme | Yes | |
| Managing the group's attention | Yes | |
| Their own equipment and safety | Yes | |
| Legal responsibility for the children | No | Yes, throughout |
| Taking a child to the toilet | No, never | Yes |
| First aid to a child | Basic, and they will call you first | Yes |
| A child who is upset and wants to leave | Tells you | Handles it |
| Food and anything allergy related | No | Yes, entirely |
| Being in the room the whole time | Yes | Yes, both of you |
Jamie is DBS checked and so is Kirsty, and neither of them will ever be alone with a child. That is a safeguarding rule and it holds even when it is inconvenient, which is why the toilet row says never.
Allergies
What we need by Wednesday
- A list of every child with an allergy, by name, and what to
- Whether any child carries adrenaline, and where it will be during the party
- Confirmation that you are managing all food. LittleWonder supplies none at this booking
- Party bags are already ordered nut free with no latex balloons, as you asked
- Tell us if any child has additional needs we should know about. It changes how Jamie runs the group, usually for the better
