Inside MeetSpace
An operating Organization, not a listing
What happens after booking
Customer selects location, date and requirements
Organization checks real inventory, capacity, eligibility or team availability
Customer receives package options or a quote
Terms, deposit, restrictions and preparation requirements are confirmed
Deposit or payment settles in USDC on Base
The venue, asset, performer, operator, driver or local team delivers the service
Balance, inspection, completion record and review are handled after fulfilment
- Capture requested date, hire period, guest count and intended use
- Check the actual controlled space inventory and operating rules
- Recommend an available room, hall or property package
- Issue the hire quote, rental terms and deposit request
- Coordinate access, setup, on-site services and final handback
- Close the rental, reconcile extras and invite the next booking
The customer completes a guided intake covering the practical details that determine fit, availability, price and risk. The Organization checks the live operating context, recommends an appropriate package and issues a clear quote with terms, payment milestones and preparation requirements. Once confirmed, it coordinates the people, assets and timing needed for delivery.
