Two dogs, one cat, and nobody outside this house knows the routine
Profiles, routines and a recurring calendar, plus the handover that does not exist yet.
Three animals, three different routines, and all of it in two people's heads. The calendar is straightforward. The gap is that you travel in December and the person coming to stay has been told the routine verbally, once, in August.
Nine recurring admin items are now dated and none of them is urgent. What is urgent is that six days of cover in December depend on a conversation nobody wrote down, for three animals with three different feeding routines and one who cannot be let out of the back door.

Otto is the reason a written handover matters. Three feeds rather than two, a harness rather than a collar, fed in a separate room, and a back door he must not be let out of alone. That is four things to remember about one animal and all four were explained verbally in August.

Microchip details

The microchip item has no date because nobody knows when it was last checked. It takes five minutes online and it is the thing that matters most on the one day it matters at all.
