What the customer receives

PopSpace example occupancy confirmation

This Organization does not sell a report. What the brand keeps is the occupancy confirmation: the dates, what you may do to the space, what you must undo, and what the city requires that we do not provide.

A complete sample confirmation, written the way PopSpace writes one. The customer, the dates and the amounts are illustrative, and nothing here was charged or reserved.

The space is yours from Thursday evening to Monday morning. Two things need action from you this week and neither is money: your certificate of insurance naming the landlord, and a decision about whether you are sampling food, because that changes what the city requires.

Confirmed, subject to your certificate of insurance

Shop B is held for 13 to 15 November with install from 18:00 Thursday. Keys are released when the certificate of insurance is received, naming the landlord as additional insured. Everything else is settled. Without that certificate by 10 November the keys are not released and the deposit is retained.
