Arrival Essentials · from USD 350
Arrival case: Lisbon, landing 4 November
Fourteen days of appointments, one named consultant, and the line we do not cross on immigration.
Your consultant is Inês Carvalho and she meets you at the airport on 4 November. Six appointments are booked across fourteen days in the order that unblocks the others, because in Portugal the sequence matters more than the speed. Clause 04 is the boundary.
Six appointments booked across 4 to 18 November, with Inês Carvalho as your named consultant throughout. The bank appointment on day 6 cannot proceed without your NIF, which is obtained at the day 2 appointment. If day 2 slips, everything after it moves, and that is normal rather than a failure.

The plan
Fourteen days, in dependency order
-
Airport meet and transfer
Inês meets you in arrivals. Transfer to the temporary apartment, keys, and a walk to the nearest supermarket and pharmacy.
-
NIF appointment, Finanças
The tax number. Nothing else in this list works without it, which is why it is day 2.
-
Mobile number and SIM
Fifteen minutes. Needed for the bank's verification.
-
Bank account opening
Requires the NIF, the mobile number and proof of address. All three come from earlier steps.
-
Health centre registration
Requires the NIF. Gives you a user number for the public system.
-
Orientation session
Two hours with Inês: transport, neighbourhoods, schools if relevant, how things work.
-
Case review and handover
What is done, what is outstanding, and what you now do without us.
Documents
What to bring, and what each appointment needs
| Appointment | Bring | Status |
|---|---|---|
| NIF, day 2 | Passport, proof of address in Nigeria, and Inês as your representative | Representative form sent to you |
| SIM, day 4 | Passport and NIF | NIF from day 2 |
| Bank, day 6 | Passport, NIF, mobile number, proof of address, employment contract | Contract copy received |
| Health centre, day 9 | Passport, NIF, proof of address | Fine |
| Throughout | Two passport photographs | Bring six. You will use four |
Proof of address for the first appointments is the temporary apartment, and we supply a letter for it. Once you have a permanent address, the bank and the health centre both need updating, which is a task on your handover list rather than part of this case.

This split is the whole shape of the service. A relocation consultant who blurs it is more useful for a week and a serious problem afterwards.
