- The gate to the street is self closing and should stay shut
Rules
Occupancy, events and the municipal position
| Rule | Detail | If broken |
|---|---|---|
| Six guests, no more, overnight | The licence is for six. It is not a preference | Deposit retained and the stay may end |
| No parties or events | Dinner with friends is fine. An event is not | Deposit retained |
| Quiet from 23:00 | Municipal noise rule, and the neighbours are permanent residents | Warning, then as above |
| Registration of all guests | Legal requirement. Elena does it at handover | Cannot be waived |
| No smoking indoors | Terrace is fine | Deep clean charged |
| Pets | Not at Casa Oliva. Two other villas accept them | Not permitted |
The occupancy and registration rules come from the Andalusian tourist rental regime rather than from the owner, and the property's registration number depends on them being kept. This is why the rule is firm rather than negotiable.
