Everything is booked and there is nothing outstanding from you until 22 January. The one thing worth reading now is clause 04: you have chosen an outdoor lunch in February, and the venue has a plan for that which does not involve asking you at 11:00 on the day.

Two vehicles, 20 seats, meeting point in arrivals with a Larkfield board.

Roughly 55 minutes, longer in Lisbon rush hour, which is why it is 07:15 and not 08:00.

The weather plan, decided now
Ericeira in February is mild and wet in roughly equal measure. Lunch is booked on the terrace, which is covered and heated on three sides, and the dining room is held in reserve at no charge.

The venue decides by 11:00 and tells your facilitator. You are not asked to make a call about a terrace you cannot see. The price does not change either way and the dining room is never sold to anyone else on a day when it is held in reserve.
- Tell your team the venue is a five minute walk from the beach and February is not warm
- The workshop room is heated. The breakouts take about 20 minutes to warm up, so they are heated from 08:00
- There is a boot room and a drying rail, which matters more than it sounds
- Surf is not included and February is not the month. The venue will tell anyone who asks the same thing
