Day Boat · from USD 450
Day boat, Saturday 09:30, skipper aboard
Dubai Harbour. Eight guests, six hours, weather decision at 07:00 on the day.
The important difference between this and every other rental: you are not taking custody of anything. A licensed skipper operates the vessel throughout and makes every decision about where it goes and whether it goes. Clause 03 explains what that means when the weather is marginal.
RIB day boat, 11 m, Saturday 21 November, 09:30 boarding at berth D14 for a 10:00 departure, returning 16:00. Eight guests, which is the vessel's licensed limit. Skipper Hamza Al-Rashid. Full refund or a free move if the charter is cancelled for weather.

-

-

Weather
Who decides, and what you get back
The decision is made at 07:00 by the marine team on the forecast and the sea state, and it is final. Guests sometimes want to go anyway. The answer is no, and it is no for the same reason the boat is insured and licensed.
| Decision at 07:00 | What happens | Your money |
|---|---|---|
| Charter proceeds as planned | Boarding at 09:30 | Nothing changes |
| Proceeds, shortened route | Skipper stays inshore | Nothing changes |
| Delayed start | Boarding moved, same duration if possible | Nothing changes |
| Cancelled for weather | Told by 07:15 by phone | Full refund, or a free move to any date |
| You cancel, over 14 days out | n/a | Full refund |
| You cancel, 7 to 14 days | n/a | Deposit retained |
| You cancel, under 7 days | n/a | Full charter retained |
| You do not arrive | Berth slot released at 10:15 | Full charter retained |
A weather cancellation is always a full refund or a free move, your choice, with no time limit on the move. The operator carries that risk rather than the customer, which is why the 07:00 decision is never influenced by how much has been paid.
Aboard
The rules the skipper will enforce
- The skipper's decision on route, speed, swimming and return time is final and is a safety matter, not a service matter
- Soft soled shoes or bare feet. No black soles, no heels. There are spares aboard in three sizes
- Swimming only when the skipper says so, with the engines off and the ladder down
- Children under 12 wear a lifejacket at all times on deck. There are two child sizes aboard
- Alcohol is not supplied and may not be brought aboard. This is a marina and licensing rule, not ours
- Nothing over the side. Marina and coastguard rules, strictly enforced here
- Drones may not be flown from the vessel
