You have one contract, one contact and one invoice. If the caterer is late, that is YachtEscape's problem to solve on the night rather than yours to chase, and that is the difference between this and booking a boat.
Guests
Eight, and the list closes on 9 October
- Eight is the licensed limit for Adriana and includes children and infants
- Full names and ages to us by 9 October. The marina checks the list at the pontoon
- Tell us of any dietary requirement by 9 October. The caterer needs the same notice we do
- Soft soled shoes or bare feet. There are spares on board in three sizes
- No alcohol brought aboard. The drinks are supplied and the marina rule is firm
- Swimming is not part of a sunset sail and the skipper will decline it

Sending the canapes to your apartment when the sea cancels the evening is not generosity. The caterer made them and has been paid, and the alternative is throwing away food you bought.
