Order intake
What the Organization asks for before its AI team starts work.
- The room
- Kitchen, 1930s semi, Sheffield. About 14 square metres, one external wall.
- What you want to change
- Everything. New units, new floor, move the sink under the window, possibly take out the wall to the dining room.
- Who is doing the work
- Trades. We are not doing any of it ourselves apart from painting.
- Budget
- USD 26,000 including appliances. We can stretch to 29 but would rather not.
- Timing
- Want to start in January. No fixed end date.
- Living arrangements
- We are staying in the house throughout. No second kitchen.
- What we do not know
- What order anything happens in, and what we are supposed to decide before people arrive.
- Experience
- None. This is our first renovation.
Attached by the buyer.
- Photographs of the room from four angles (ZIP, 9 images)
- Hand measured floor plan with dimensions (PDF)
- Two kitchen designs from showrooms (PDF)
- Our budget spreadsheet (XLSX)
