Two children, four activities, and nobody is free at 16:30 on Thursday
Your week on one page, with the three conflicts nobody had noticed and who is driving to what.
You did not have a calendar problem, you had four calendars. Putting school, clubs, work patterns and transport on one page found three collisions, two of which happen every single week and one of which is why Tobi has been late to swimming since September.
Thursday 16:30 needs one adult in two places. Tuesday pickup assumes a 17:00 finish that became 17:30 in September. Friday has nobody assigned at all, which has been resolved by text message every week since term started.

Thursday is the bad one. Ada finishes choir at 16:30 at school, Tobi starts swimming at 16:15 eleven minutes away, and Dayo works late. One adult, two places, every Thursday since September.

Two of the three are solved by writing something down. Only the Thursday collision needs an actual change, and the cheapest version is a lift share with a family already making that journey.

Two swim kits a week means two towels in the wash and the same kit needed 48 hours apart. A second set of goggles and a spare towel is about USD 22 and removes the most common Wednesday morning argument in this house.
