Scope, turnaround and boundary
Required inputs: Data dictionary; dashboard examples; source systems; decision questions. A review is proposed at five business days after complete intake; a sprint at ten business days. Confirm the actual date before purchase. A decision call includes a 60-minute session with the person and a reviewed action note within two business days.

Responses are proposed within two business days; unused sessions expire at month end unless the signed terms provide rollover. No unlimited messaging or emergency availability is implied.
