The mandate
Start with an agreed diagnostic and a written 90-day mandate. Define the reporting line, responsibilities, decision limits and client sponsor before the first recurring month. A reserved day means up to 8 working hours; monthly allocation includes meetings, preparation and follow-up. Capacity is confirmed by the person, not inferred from an open calendar.
The base seat follows the cadence stated above. Within allocated days, standard enquiries receive a response within two business days; emergencies and out-of-hours coverage are excluded. Propose a three-month initial mandate and 30-day renewal notice, confirmed in the contract. Agree travel, extra days and pause terms separately.
Production changes require client release controls; system access is scoped and logged. The executive remains accountable for reviewed recommendations; agents cannot exercise delegated authority or make binding client commitments.
